摘要
目的介绍跗外侧动脉岛状皮瓣修复足部软组织缺损的方法。方法根据跗外侧动脉的解剖设计包含足外侧皮神经分支的岛状皮瓣，覆盖前足及踝部软组织缺损。结果皮瓣及植皮全部成活，术后随访10月～4年，患足外形及功能满意。结论跗外侧动脉岛状皮瓣为修复足部软组织缺损提供了一种方法。
Objective To introduce the method of repairing the foot defects with the lateral tarsal artery island flap. Methods The island flaps cantain lateral cutaneous nerve were designed on the basis of anatomical distribution of lateral tarsal artery to cover the soft tissue defects of forefoot and ankle. The method was used in 12 cases with foot soft tissue defects from March 2004 to April 2008. The size of island flaps ranged from 4.5cm×4.5cm to 7.0cm×8.0cm. Results After 10 months to 4 years follow-up, all the flaps and grafts survived . The patients were satisfied with profile and function. Conclusion The lateral tarsal artery island flap is a feasible method for repairing foot defects.
