前路椎体重建治疗陈旧性胸腰椎骨折 被引量：1

摘要 近年来,胸腰椎骨折后路减压椎弓根螺钉复位固定手术已在基层医院普遍开展。对于椎体爆裂型骨折以及严重的压缩型骨折,由于脊椎前中柱稳定性受到破坏,椎体后壁破裂,骨折块进入椎管并占据较大椎管容积,造成脊髓损伤。
