丙泊酚复合帕瑞昔布钠在人工流产手术麻醉中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 丙泊酚目前已经广泛应用于门诊短小手术的麻醉,但其镇痛效果较弱,而且存在呼吸循环抑制,且随给药量的增加对呼吸循环的抑制作用增强。门诊手术大多采用复合镇痛药物麻醉。帕瑞昔布钠是一种新型的非甾体抗炎镇痛药,它对各种疼痛的镇痛作用显著。
