经硬膜外导管注入生理盐水防治硬脊膜穿破后头痛 被引量：1

摘要 近年来,腰硬联合阻滞麻醉（CSEA）已广泛应用于下腹部和下肢手术,但硬脊膜穿破后头痛（PDPH）问题一直无法杜绝。本文介绍术后经留置的硬膜外导管注入0.9%氯化钠注射液（生理盐水）预防和治疗PDPH。现报道如下。
