摘要
以Zn(Ac)2.2H2O为Zn源,Na2SeO3为Se源,NaOH溶液为反应介质,EG为还原助剂,采用水热法,在160℃下反应10 h,合成了直径为2μm、大小均匀、成形较好的ZnSe微米空心球.所得产物用X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行表征,系统地分析了反应条件对合成ZnSe微球的影响,并对反应机理进行了解释.
Well dispersed hollow microspheres of ZnSe with diameter of 2 μm were prepared via a facile hydrothermal method.The moderate reaction conditions were as follows: alkali aqueous solution,EG as reductive assistant,Zn(Ac)2 ·2H2O and Na2 SeO3 as the source of Zn and Se,heating at 160 ℃ for 10 h in autoclaves.The products were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The reaction mechanism was also explained.
