木炭施用对小麦幼苗叶片中蔗糖酶活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过向土壤中添加不同剂量木炭的盆栽试验方法,研究了木炭施用量对小麦幼苗叶片蔗糖酶活性的影响.结果表明:施用木炭能显著提高小麦叶片中蔗糖酶的活性;在试验所用剂量范围内,随着木炭添加量的增加和作用时间的延长,小麦叶片中蔗糖酶活性均呈明显上升趋势;表明施用木炭有利于促进小麦的代谢和生长发育. In the paper,the effect of the charcoal fertilizes rates was studied for wheat seeding leaves sucrose enzyme activities by adding different doses of charcoal,to soil in potted plants.The results showed that in the trial dose rarge wheat leaf invertase activity could be increased siginficantly with the application of charcoal,and present a clearly upward trend with the added charcoal and the increased of role time.This indicated that the application of charcoal could accelerate the metabolish,growth and development of wheat.
