摘要
本文旨在介绍载体构建的关键影响因素。通过总结实验过程中载体构建的各个环节的经验教训,分析分子克隆中的关键影响因素,为载体构建提供方法依据。
The key factors in the plasmid construction are introduced in this paper . Based on the experience in the component of construction,The key factors in the plasmid construction was summarized and these results may shed light on the construction of the plasmid.
