摘要
目的调查广东省职业健康检查机构人力资源与能力建设情况,为加强机构建设提供科学依据。方法结合广东省职业健康检查机构资质续证评审工作,调查珠江三角洲地区(简称珠三角地区)与非珠江三角洲地区(简称非珠三角地区,即粤东、粤西、粤北地区)的职业健康检查机构,统计分析机构人员、设备、技术力量等方面的前后变动情况。结果调查的46家机构,在首次取得职业健康检查资质以来,职业健康检查专业技术人员增加374人(61.72%),职业病诊断医师增加111人(64.16%)。职业健康检查基本仪器设备新增194台(31.96%),特殊仪器设备新增108台(39.13%)。职业健康检查业务能力有了明显提高。结论 46家机构的业务能力较首次取得资质时有了明显提升,仪器设备及硬件设施得到了充实。但是,随着珠三角地区企业的"双转移",非珠三角地区职业病防治形势将更加严峻。因此,应不断加强专业技术队伍建设,完善职业健康监护网络,保障劳动者健康。
Aim To survey of occupational health inspection institutions in Guangdong. Methods The status of human resources and capacity of 46 occupational health inspection institutions in Guangdong were surveyed. Results After obtained the qualification certificate of occupational health inspection there 374 professionals added in 46 occupational health institutions an increase of 61.72%. The number of diagnosticians increased by 61.72% and the special instruments and supplies increased by 31.96% and 39.13% respectively. Conclusions The human resources and capacity of 46 occupational institutions were strengthened to have ensured the occupational health of workers in Guangdong Province.
