基于哈尔滨地铁一号线的常规公交线路调整 被引量:6

摘要 为了更好地发挥常规公交的优势,切实提高哈尔滨公共交通运输效率,基于哈尔滨市目前正在建设的地铁1号线(哈尔滨南站─哈尔滨东站),分析哈尔滨市地铁1号线直接影响的常规公交线路的客流量分布、线路重复情况等现状,并采用四阶段法对地铁1号线的客流量进行预测分析。在此基础上,结合哈尔滨的实际交通状况,提出地铁1号线直接影响的常规公交线路的调整原则和调整方案建议,并进行评价。评价结果表明:线路调整后平均换乘时间、乘客换乘系数、营运协调程度、运能匹配程度、线路重复系数等指标均能达到标准参考值,其中平均换乘时间要大大高于参考值。 To exhibit the advantage of conventional public transit and improve the efficiency of Harbin public transportation,this paper analyzed the present situation about the effect of Harbin subway No.1 line under-construction,ranging from south station to east station in Harbin,on the passenger flow and networks of conventional public transit,and predicted the passenger flow of subway No.1 line using four phases method.Then,according to the actual traffic status,some rules,and basic principles and advice for regulating conventional public transit were proposed and then evaluated.The results showed that those indexes were close to or more than the standard reference values after adjusting,such as average transfer time,passenger transfer coefficient,operation coordination degree,transport capacity matching degree and line repetition factor.
