摘要 利用特征方程和波动引理,研究了一类HollingⅡ型发生率作用下的常时滞HIV-1治疗模型的动力学行为.基于基本再生数,得到了无感染平衡点的全局稳定及单重感染平衡点的局部稳定的充分条件. By means of Fluctuation Lemma and Routh-Huritz criterion,we investigate the dynamics of a constant delay model with Holling Ⅱ incidence rate.Based on the basic reproduction number,we obtain some sufficient conditions to ensure the global stability of the infection-free equilibrium and the local stability of the single infection equilibrium.
