摘要
建立并讨论了一类考虑CTL免疫反应的病毒动力学模型.借助Lyapunov函数,得到当R0≤1时,无病平衡点全局渐近稳定,宿主体内病毒被清除;当R0〉1,免疫反应再生数R1≤1时,无免疫平衡点全局渐近稳定;当R1〉1时,正平衡点全局渐近稳定.
We built and discussed a virus dynamics model with CTL immune response.By means of the Lyapunov function,if R0≤1,the infection-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable and the virus will be cleared in vivo.If R01,R1≤1,the immune-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable.If R11,the endemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable.
