摘要
目的探讨金银花中的有效成分绿原酸的最佳提取工艺.方法采用正交设计试验,以绿原酸的含量为观察指标,对金银花的提取工艺进行优化.结果优选工艺为:金银花以其10倍量的70%乙醇提取3次,提取时间分别为1 h.结论所选提取工艺稳定、可行.
Objective To optimize the best extraction process of active ingredients chlorogenic acid in Honeysuckle.Method Using orthogonal design method,to apply extract yield chlorogenic acid and the extract amount of chlorogenic acid with HPLC.Results The optimum extraction process of Honeysuckle:solvent was 70% ethanol,10 times of herbs in weight,extracting time was 1 hour,three times.Conclusion This optimized process is stable,efficient and suitable for large-scale industrial production.
