摘要
目的由于成人正畸治疗比例不断提高,现对成人正畸临床特点进行探讨.方法自2005年1月—2009年12月,对40例成人病例进行分析,并对成人正畸的治疗方法、临床特点进行分析讨论.结果 40例患者中显效31人,占77.5%;有效8人,占20.0%;无效1人,占2.5%.结论成人正畸在条件允许的情况下,配合先进的矫治技术和高效能正畸材料,能够取得良好的治疗效果.
Objective The clinical characteristics of adult orthodontics were discussed because of constant improvement of adult orthodontic treatment.Method The treatment method and clinical characteristics of 40 cases with adult orthodontic were analyzed from Jan.2005 to Dec.2009.Results 31 cases marked effects（77.5%）,8 cases were effective（20.0%）,1 no effect（2.5%）.Conclusion If conditions were permitted,the patients had strong desires to correction with advanced technology and efficient orthodontic materials,adult orthodontic is effective and feasible.
