红皮云杉球状胚诱导影响因子分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the Factors Affecting Globular Embryos Induction of Picea koraiensis

摘要 为了提高红皮云杉体胚形成的数量和质量,对红皮云杉球状胚诱导阶段的一些影响因子进行了分析.结果发现:肌醇、活性炭和遗传基础对红皮云杉球状胚诱导的影响均达到了显著水平;附加15 g/L肌醇和3 g/L活性炭而不加任何激素的RJW培养基的球状胚诱导效果最好,达到97.6个/g;遗传基础不同的3个细胞系对中等浓度肌醇和活性炭的反应是一致的. In order to improve the quantity and quality of somatic embryogensis of Picea koraiensis,the impact factors were analyzed on globular embryos induction of Picea koraiensis.Inositol,activated carbon and genetic basis had significant effects on globular embryos induction of Picea koraiensis.The best effect of globular embryos induction achieved on the improved basic medium RJW supplemented with 15g/L inositol,3g/L activated carbon and without any plant growth regulators.The average formation rate was 97.6 entries/g.The response of three different cell lines was uniform to middle concentration of inositol and activated carbon.
