采用小管径铜管空冷换热器的性能成本分析研究 被引量:20

摘要 铝管替代铜管和采用更小管径的铜管是当前降低空调器成本的两大热门方向。本文从小管径铜管替代的角度对Φ9.52mm内螺纹铜管和Φ5mm内螺纹铜管这两种管型以及采用这两种管型的换热器进行了性能比较和成本分析。研究结果表明:在相同实验条件及同样的体积流量下,Φ5mm内螺纹铜管管内换热系数比Φ9.52mm内螺纹铜管管内换热系数提高15%左右。在相同的测试工况和同样的迎风面尺寸条件下,Φ5mm铜管换热器在取得与Φ9.52mm铜管换热器接近换热量的同时,可以节约铜管材料41.8%,铝箔材料50%。 Substituting Aluminum tube for copper tube and applying even smaller-diameter copper tube are the two popular methods to reduce the cost of air - conditioner currently. In this paper the heat transfer performance and cost of the two fin - and - tube heat exchangers using the Ф9.52ram diameter inner - grooved copper tube and Ф5mm diameter inner - grooved copper tube are compared. The research results show that under the same test condition, the heat transfer coefficient of Ф5mm inner - grooved diameter copper tube is 15% higher than that of Ф9.52mm diameter inner - grooved copper tube. Under the same test condition and dimension, the heat exchangers using the two copper tubes can get the similar heat transfer performance by adjusting the tube number and tube's spacing. Meanwhile, comparing to Ф9.52mm copper tube heat exchanger, Ф5 mm copper tube heat exchanger can save 41.8% of the weight of copper tube and 50% of the weight of aluminum fin.
