分析了市场运营方式下杭州市电力局电网调度的现状及问题,总结了相关经验、措施,并对下一步输配分开的改革加以探索,提出相关建议,以供参考。
This article has analyzed the current situation and problems of power grid dispatch of Hangzhou Electric Power Bureau under market operation,summed up Hangzhou regional successful practices and measures to enhance dispatch management and reflected views and proposals about the succeeding transmission and distribution separation reform,which provide references for reforms and explorations of China＇s regional power grid dispatch in the future.
