摘要
介绍用苯酐与三羟甲基丙烷为原料,采用熔融法工业生产聚酯多元醇的方法,重点讨论在实际生产过程中酸醇比、酯化反应温度、抽空时的真空度和酯化时间对聚酯树脂合成的影响;并讨论该树脂用于涂料时溶剂的选择和具体配方。
This paper has introduced a method which was used to produce polyester polyol in industry with phthalic anhydride and trimethyol propane through melting method, focused on the discussion of the influence of ratio of acid to alcohol, esterification temperature, vacuum, esterification time on the production of polyester resin in practical production process, discussed the selection of organic solvent when resin used as coating, and given the application formulation of polyurethane bicomponent coating.
