Mechanical & Electric Integration Control Technique of Asphalt Mixer

论述了筑路机械设备中沥青拌和机的生产工艺流程及其机电一体化控制的要点．基于低成本自动化（ＬＣＡ）的原则，采用两级式的监控策略，为沥青拌和机设计了工控微机＋ＰＬＣ模式的控制系统．开发的软件包含了固体配料中的过衡量自动补偿、系统运转中主要故障的自诊断与紧急故障停车（ＥＳＤ）以及工控软件中常见的实时参数修正、历史趋势记录、工艺流图、报表打印等功能．

This paper focuses on the mechanical & electric integration and process control of typical asphalt mixer which is an important kind of road machine. Adopting a two hierarchical supervision & control strategy, industrial computer and PLC are designed for asphalt mixer based on low cost automation (LCA) criterion. The software package consists of over ponderation compensation, fault self diagnosis and emergency stop device (ESD) in system running, real time coefficient tuning, historical trend record, process diagram, report & print and so on.
