强水敏超稠油油藏开采配套技术——以王庄郑36-41块为例

摘要 郑36-41块属于王庄超稠油油藏,由于该区储层中粘土矿物、伊蒙混层含量高等原因造成储层强水敏,这给开发工作带来了很大的难度。通过该区块的敏感性资料分析,建立了一套强水敏超稠油油藏的开采配套技术,并通过全过程的油层保护、针对性的复合防砂、提高蒸汽注入质量等技术,建立了适合强水敏超稠油油藏的开采技术体系,为敏感性稠油油藏的开发提供了一种思路。 Zheng 36-41 Block,belonging to Wangzhuang super viscous crude reservoir,is very difficult to be developed because of the strong water sensitivity caused by high-content of clay mineral and illite/smectite formation.A set of supplementary technology is established through analyzing the block sensitivity data,and the exploitation technology system suitable for strong water sensitivity and super viscous crude reservoir is discovered by applying the technology of the whole process of formation protection and special composite sand control and by improving the effect of steam injection.
