摘要 离子调整旋流反应法处理技术是对油田污水的离子进行调整,从而实现水质净化和稳定的技术,处理前污水和通过该技术处理后净化水中的离子成分和浓度发生了较大的变化,为了考察处理水回注油田后对地层、管道的结垢、腐蚀的影响,开展了处理水回注油田的水质跟踪评价工作。 The technology of the reaction to ion regulation revolving current is to regulate the ion of effluents in the oil field in order to purify water and make its performance stable.The constituents and strength of ion between the effluent and the purified water have changed greatly.To find out the effects on rock formation,the scale and the corrosion of pipe when the purified water is poured back into oil field,we have studied the water quality after pouring treated water back into oil field.There are two biggest effluent disposal factories in Xinjiang Oilfield,one is 69 Area heavy oil effluents disposal factory,the other is number 81 oil effluents disposal station.About two fifths of treated water from 69 Area and all from number 81 station is poured back into the Extract Oil Factory 2.As there are thirty-four oil reserves in Extract Oil Factory 2,and its rock formation features contain all the features of the oil reserves in Xinjiang Oilfield.So we chose the oilfield in the Extract Oil Factory 2 as our research subject.
