稠油污水深度处理技术研究与应用

Research and Application of the Advanced Treatment Technology of Heavy Oil Wastewater

随着稠油开发的深入,稠油污水过剩的矛盾越来越突出,而稠油区块需要大量的清水用于热采锅炉,将稠油污水处理后回用于热采锅炉是非常必要的。分析了稠油污水处理特点和稠油污水水质特点,并针对稠油污水深度处理及回用中遇到的4个技术难题(即除油、除悬浮物、除硅和软化技术)进行研究。通过在洼一联合站的现场应用,达到了热采锅炉用水指标,并已回用热采锅炉给水。实践证明,稠油污水回用热采锅炉技术上是可行的,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

With the development of thick oil,water cut is increasing,more and more thick oil wasted water is to be disposed and used again,and thick oil block need more clean water for thermal production.Besides,the waste water must be applied on thermal product boiler.The paper expounds the features of waste water and the commitment of this technology,analyzes the waste water quality and treatment,researches on the four technical problems of advanced treatment and recycling.Through the application in the first processing station in Xiaowa,the requirements of thermal production boiler are met;the project is estimated to be feasible and with good economic and social efficiency.
