摘要
研究了砂岩、白云石、石灰石的粒度分布的变化对玻璃配合料混合均匀性的影响。结果证明:砂岩中200目以下细粉含量的增加将降低配合料的均匀性,而减少砂岩中40目以上的粒子可提高配合料的均匀性。白云石与石灰石粒度的增大会明显降低混合的均匀性。根据所研究的结果,笔者提出了与我国实际情况较适合的砂岩、白云石和石灰石原料间颗粒级配的建议。
The effect of the grain size distribution of quartz sand, dolomite and limestone on mixing homogeneity of glass batch was investigated. The results showed that while the content of over-ground quartz powder in the batch was increaed, the mixing homogeneity would be poor, and removing the size of >0.6mm in quartz sand would improve the homogeneity of the batch; and increasing the grain size of dolomite and limestone would deteriorate mixing homogeneity. On the basis of the researching,put a proposal for the size distribution of quartz sand, dolomite and limestone suitable for our situation was presented.
