高职院校职业实用性体育教学模式的构建与实施

Construction and implementation of vocational practical P. E. teaching mode in higher vocational colleges

职业实用性体育教学模式是高职体育教学中根据学生所学专业及今后可能从事的第一职业特点来设置体育课程的一种新型教学模式。该模式提出,在课程内容的选择上,应突出健身性、实用性、补偿性、趣味性和可持续发展性,要在全面发展身体素质的基础上,突出发展其职业特殊身体素质;该模式的实践要通过体育课和课外活动共同来实现,课内外一体化是实施职业实用性体育教学模式的有效途径。

The vocational practical P. E. teaching mode is a new mode of P.E.course arrangement according to the majors and the future career requirement made by the higher vocational colleges.The mode requires the courses to be practical,health-oriented,compensatory,interesting and sustainable development,and the course should help develop the students＇ physical quality required by the career.The mode should be implemented by the P. E. course and extracurricular activities.
