国际图联从创立迄今已有82年的历史，随着时代的变迁曾四度修改章程，每一次修改都促使国际图联的组织机构发生变革，增强了其在国际社会上的影响，引导国际图联进入新的发展时期。注释1，参考文献3。
In order to meet the needs of social development and reformation of IFLA itself, IFLA＇s statutes have been revised four times during the past 82 years since the founding of IFLA. It could be seen that each revision en- larged IFLA and strengthened its affection, and brought IFLA into a new period of development. 1 Note, 3 Refs.
