塑料压力管道的三个发展阶段

The Three Stages in the Development of Pressure Plastics Pipes

从力学破坏问题的角度，根据原料质量、制品性能、市场开拓、试验方法、有关标准等项目的进展状况，可以区分出塑料压力管道的三个发展阶段：（１）开始采用塑料压力管道的初级阶段；（２）保证和改进塑料压力管道的耐蠕变开裂长期寿命和长期强度的阶段；（３）防止塑料压力管道发生快速开裂破坏的危险阶段。目前世界先进水平已进入第三个发展阶段，我国的水平处于第二个发展阶段。对我国塑料压力管道力学破坏有关的若干具体问题进行了讨论并举出了实例。

A review of the three stages in the development of pressure plastics pipes is presented in this paper. The stages involved are: the preliminary phase; the stage of establishing and promoting long life and strength of anti creep crack; and the stage of protecting against the catastrophic damage caused by rapid crack propagation. The plastics pipe industry in our country is in the second stage right now. Some cases and examples relevant to mechanical damages are discussed as well.
