摘要
测定了2-5年生的苦绿竹、椽竹、橄榄竹的物理力学性质和外形尺寸,并对其在人造板上的应用进行初步分析。结果表明:与毛竹相比,绿竹各项力学性能均较低;椽竹和橄榄竹,除了顺纹抗剪偏小外,横纹抗弯、顺纹抗拉、顺纹抗压与毛竹相当。3个竹种的壁厚和直径较小,均不适合于普通竹地板生产;苦绿竹和橄榄竹可用于制作竹材胶合板、碎料板等人造板产品,椽竹因直径较小,只适用于碎料板生产。
Physical and mechanical properties and dimensions were determined for two-five-year-old Dendrocalamopsis basihirsuta,Bambusa textilis and Acidosasa gigantean and the analysis of the application of these properties to wood-based panels were made. The results showed that physico-mechanical properties of Dendrocalamopsis basihirsuta were all lower compared with the moso bamboo,B.textilis and A.gigantean were similar with moso bamboo in bending strength,tensile strength and compression strength parallel to grain except that vertical shear strength is smaller. The wall thickness and diameter of three kinds of bamboo are too small to be unsuitable for common bamboo flooring producing. The culm of D. basihirsuta and A. gigantean can be used for plybamboo and bamboo particleboard production,and B. textilis only be used for bamboo particleboard production because of smaller diameter.
