摘要
2008年金融危机席卷全球,对我国加工贸易造成了极大冲击,加工贸易进出口额大幅下降,加工贸易企业生存困难,国家通过一系列的政策调整,在一定程度上缓解了企业的生存难题,但有些问题并未从根本上得到改善。我国加工贸易的发展应立足于自身劳动力成本的比较优势,而不应该在目前的形势下盲目进行产业升级。
Financial crisis has swept the whole world,which created a great impact on China’s processing trade.There is a substantial decline in import and export volume.Processing trade enterprises try hard to survive the difficulties.Meanwhile,the state adjusted a lot of policies to release the enterprises and got some achievements to some extent.However,some situations have not been fundamentally improved.The development of China’s processing trade should be based on its comparative advantage in low labor costs rather than on the blindly industrial upgrading in the current situation.
