上海外高桥第三发电厂(2×1000MW超超临界机组)工程最主要的设计特点在于设计优化和技术创新,紧紧围绕提高机组运行经济性和节能减排,对一些传统的设计理念、设计规程和运行模式有所突破,值得其他工程参考和借鉴。
The main design characteristics of Shanghai Waigaoqiao No.3 power plant（2×1000MW ultra-super critical units） project are its design optimization and technology innovation,which firmly focus on improving operational economy as well as energy conservation and emission reduction of the power plant.It is a breakthrough of conventional design theory,design code and operational mode which can be used as reference in other projects.
