摘要
构建了表达绿色荧光蛋白的腺病毒(Ad-EGFP),并成功感染体外培养的海马神经元.结果表明:应用表达绿荧光蛋白腺病毒感染的海马神经元,结合荧光显微镜活细胞成像技术,能定量分析神经元树突发育过程的动态变化,可应用于神经元发育形态的动态研究及各种因素对神经元生长发育影响的研究.
It was constructed the adenovirus recombinants encoding EGFP and successfully infect the cultured hippoeampal neurons by experiment. It was approved that combination of this procedure with live cell imaging and quantitative analysis could be applied to investigate the neuronal dendritic morphological development and to evaluate the effects of various factors on dendritic development.
