本文将通过分析2001年4月在加拿大魁北克市举行的美洲首脑会议和2002年6月在加拿大卡那那斯基举行的八国集团会议期间,发生的两个反全球化的抗议示威活动的处置,探讨加拿大集会游行示威处置警务机制的转变,以期为我国认识和管理集会游行示威提供借鉴。

This article analyzes the disposals of two anti-globalization protests which happened during the meetings of Summit of Americas in Quebec in April 2001 and Group of Eight Summit in Kananaskis in June 2002,discusses the change of the policing disposal mechanism on assemblies,procession and demonstrations in Canada,in order to provide reference to know and administrate assemblies,procession and demonstrations.
