校企共建生产性实训基地的途径与保障机制 被引量:9

摘要 落实高等职业教育工学结合人才培养模式的主要瓶颈在于校企合作双方没有真正地把人才培养与生产实际紧密结合起来,企业应将自身的发展与人才培养的责任相结合,学校应将生产与教学融合起来,校企双方应将企业的技术进步与学校科研成果转化互动起来,通过践行"校内实训基地生产化、校外实习基地教学化",建立校企双方互信、互赢和互动的合作保障机制,推进教学改革,提高教学质量。 The main bottleneck of the implementation of personnel training mode which combines work with study in vocational education is that the school and enterprise fail to integrate personnel training with the actual production closely.The key problem lies in that businesses do not put their own development and responsibility of personnel training together and schools do not integrate the production with teaching.Namely,schools and enterprises cannot apply technological progress to production.By implementation of making training bases in school for production and practice bases outside as part of the teaching,Jinhua College of Profession and Technology has succeeded in establishing a protection mechanism between universities and enterprises,which requires mutual trust and mutual cooperation and interaction.The success has greatly help promote the teaching reform and improve the quality of teaching.
