高等职业院校的教师不但要做"双师型"教师,还要做教学、科研"双优型"教师,而且高素质的教师必定研究意识较强。职业院校的研究任重道远,要深入职业教育研究、加强区域经济研究、进行教育教学改革研究和企业联合进行技术攻关研究等,都需要教师增强研究意识,提高研究能力,让研究成为人生和工作的一种方式。

Higher vocational college teachers should not only be ＂Double-qualified＂,but also be ＂ double excellent＂ in both teaching and researching.The research of vocational colleges have a long way to go.It regards researches of in-depth vocational education,reinforced regional economy,educational and teaching reform and technical upgrade with enterprises,which needs college teachers to enhance research consciousness,improve research abilities,and let research blend with life and job.
