摘要
为开展泥鳅的人工繁殖提供依据,观察泥鳅精子在0~407.4kPa的NaCl、KCl、CaCl2和葡萄糖溶液中的活动情况。在NaCl、KCl、葡萄糖溶液中,泥鳅精子的快速运动和寿命的变化规律基本一致。精子活力与寿命的最适渗透压介于67.9~203.7 kPa。CaCl2溶液对精子活动起抑制作用,Ca2+引起精子的聚集。并且随着Ca2+浓度的增大,对泥鳅精子的聚集和抑制程度加重。
Sperm motility of loach in 0~407.4kPa NaCl,KCl,CaCl2 and glucose solutions was investigated.The results showed that the duration in which sperm kept fast motility and the sperm life span was basically similar in NaCl,KCl and glucose solutions and the optimum osmolarity spermatozoa motility was 67.9~203.7 kPa.Ca2+ inhibited sperm motility and caused their aggregation.And this effect was enhanced with the increase in Ca2+ concentration.
