摘要
网络媒体是继报刊、广播、电视之后的一种新型的大众传播媒体,它的出现给传媒领域带来进步与发展,由于其自身具有的传播特点也带来网络安全隐患,并且已经成为世界各国在网络媒体规范和管理中亟待研究与解决的重要问题。只有加强国际合作、建立网络媒体规范和管理科学机制,网络媒体才会健康的生存与发展。
Internet media is another new type of mass media following the press、radio and television.The emergence of Network Media not only brings the progress and development to the traditional media,because of the spreading of its own.Cybercrime has become a major problem in Internet media regulations and management worldwide.It is suggested that by the strengthening of international cooperation,developing the scientific regulations and management mechanisms of the media,online media could survive and develop healthily.
