上市公司的“信息界圈”现象及其治理

文章以费孝通先生的"差序格局"理论和罗尔斯先生的公正理论为分析框架,在对"信息界圈"现象分析的基础上,进而从空间维度提出缩小"圈内"空间扩大"圈外"空间以及从时间维度提出缩短信息传递周期的"一站式"信息发布模式,为治理我国上市公司信息传递过程中的"信息界圈"现象,实现上市公司信息传递过程的信息公正提供理论支持和对策建议。

This paper chooses The Pattern of Difference Sequence by Professor Fei Xiaotong and Rawls＇ Theory of Justice as the analytical framework, and suggests an impartial and thoroughgoing information display pattern, that is, the inner circle should shrink and the outer circle should expand from dimension of space while the information transformation period be shortened from dimension of time. We hope our efforts could bring information difference sequence under control and provide theoretical support and policy suggestions to realize information justice druing information transformation process of listed companies.
