This paper discusses the internal and external reasons about the Greek debt crisis, and analyzes the negative influence of Greek debt crisis, which mainly shows that economic stability of Europe will be affected, crisis maybe spreads to some European banks, and that the dilemma of solving debt crisis may induce the global deficit undercurrent and cause global economic fluctuations. Finally enlightenment of Greek debt crisis is summarized as the following： the EU should establish a powerful European monetary fund to give the timely and effective relief; financial innovation must match with real economic development ; more attention should be payed to the huge accumulated debt of the local governments especially for China.
