摘要
SK手刮聚脲具有良好的延伸性、防渗性、抗冲磨性及耐久性。针对深圳市东江水源一期工程渡槽及输水隧洞中出现的缺陷,本文论述了原伸缩缝表层止水方案的缺点。由于每年停水检修时间短,提出了以SK手刮聚脲复合胎基布和GB柔性止水材料为主要材料,快速修复渡槽伸缩缝表层止水方案及快速修复隧洞裂缝的方案,并在现场进行了试验及应用。一年多的运行实践证明,选择的材料及方案是合适的,止水效果好、施工速度快,处理后的渡槽伸缩缝及输水隧洞裂缝满足工程正常运行的要求。
The SK brushing polyurea has good properties of extensibility, impermeability, abrasion resistance and durability. In connection with the defects of aqueducts and water-carrying funnel at Stage I, Shenzhen Dongjiang Water Source Project, this paper discussed the disadvantages of the previous surface water sealing program for expansion joints. As the maintenance period is short every year, the authors proposed a scheme for rapidly repairing the surface water sealing in aqueducts and tunuel, by using SK brushing polyurea combining substrate fabric and GB-type flexible sealing materials as main repairing materials. The scheme was tested and then applied on site of the project. It is proved to be appropriate after more than one-year operation. The materials and scheme have the advantages of good water stop performance and rapid construction. The treated aqueduct expansion joints and tunnel cracks can meet the requirement for project normal operation.
