摘要
将经微波辐射还原制得的铂纳米簇与单体均匀分散于溶剂中,利用聚合物分子链的增长继而沉淀将铂纳米粒子包覆于聚合物球体中制得平均粒径为0.45μm的铂纳米簇/聚酰亚胺杂化微球,将其应用于苯部分加氢制环己烯,环己烯选择性最高达52.11%。
The partial hydrogenation of benzene by the Pt nano-cluster/polyimide(Pt/PI) hydrid microsphere was investigated.Pt nano-clusters were prepared by microwave-assisted reduction of H2PtCl6 with ethylene glycol and then incorporated into polyimide by precipitation polymerization.Scanning electronic microscope showed that the average diameter of the Pt/PI hydrid microsphere was 0.45 μm.The Pt/PI hydrid microsphere exihibited a high selectivity for cyclohexene of 52.11% in the liquid phase hydrogenation of benzene.
