Identification of Chemical Structure of Carvedilol and Study on Its Physico-Chemical Properties

采用UVI、R、MS、NMR等波谱技术对自制卡维地洛进行了化学结构确证及理化性质研究。结果表明,所合成卡维地洛与标准品完全一致。

The structure of carvedilol was identified by a series of spectrum techniques,such as UV,IR,MS and NMR.And its physico-chemical properties were studied.The results showed that the self-made carvedilol was in accordance with the standard.
