摘要
2009年秋季对威海市百名创业大学生的调查数据①显示:(1)虽然女大学生参与创业的比重低于男大学生,但创业需要的要素、禀赋是基本相同的,即女大学生创业与男大学生同样需要充足的"创业准备"和市场经济所给予的"创业市场",以及政府提供的"创业政策"。(2)参与创业的女大学生在创业所需工作技能、专业知识、创业前所需的打工经历以及创业选择的行业领域等诸多方面,显示与男大学生的差异性较小,表明诸多女大学生只要冲破以往女性发展的障碍,就可以与男大学生站在"创业"的同一起跑线上。(3)女大学生参与创业比重总体低于男大学生,与她们早期的专业选择、职业生涯设计有一定关系。
The investigation statistics for a hundred innovative college students in Weihai in autumn,2009 expose the following results： firstly,while female college students＇ innovation proportion is lower than male college students,their qualities need for innovation is basically the same.That is to say,female and male college studetns both need adequate innovative prepation and innovative market and innovative policy offered by the government.Secondly,there is little difference between the innovative female and male college students in required working skills,specific knowledge,working experience before innovation and choosing profession and fields,which shows that female students are in the same standing line in innovation if they can break obstacles against women＇s development.Thirdly,the proportion of female college students is lower than male students in general which is relevant to their early specialty choosing and career design.
