女护士应对方式与心理健康水平的关系

The Relationship between Nurses' Coping Style and Psychological Health Level

采用整群抽样法对78位女护士的应对方式与心理健康水平的关系进行考察发现:(1)护士应对方式的使用频率存在差异。除敌对、偏执因子外,护士所有SCL-90因子分均显著高于常模组。(2)6种应对方式与心理健康各因子及心理健康总体水平显著相关。解决问题、自责和合理化进入了心理健康总体水平的回归方程。总体而言,女护士的心理健康水平低于一般女性群体。消极的应对方式对心理健康水平不利。

The investigation of the relationship between 78 nurses＇ coping style and psychological health level by cluster sampling method reveals the following results： firstly,there is difference in frequncy of nurses＇ coping style.Besides hostile and paranoid factors,their SCL-90 marks are all higher than ordinary group.Secondly,six coping styles and pschological health factors are greatly related to the general state of psychological health.Problem solution,self blame and reasonability come into regressive equation.In one word,nurses＇ psychological health is lower than ordinary women groups.And their negative coping style is unfavorable to their psychological health.
