The logistics industry is a integrated service industry of transportation,warehousing and information,so adjusting and revitalizing the logistics play an important role of the establishment of a modern logistics system which is in order to develop the logistics services for other industries.Through analyzing ＂ the plan of logistics industry restructuring and revitalization ＂,the author thinks that Xinjiang should make use of its unique geographical advantages and seize the opportunities to revitalize industry to build it as the processing base which opens the country to the west,transit centers and logistics major thoroughfare.
