从人类发展的最初社会形态出发,探究法律信仰萌芽的土壤和对后世人类社会以及法律发展的影响。从而对我们国家更好地践行法律研究提供一条思想路径。

In the past days of the West and the present days of China,we both emphasize the belief of law.Of course,it is quite normal for a country that has the tradition of rule by law.But for such a country we are engaging in massive law transplantation and adoption of statutes,the belief of law has become a popular topic in the legal research,even more,turn to be a slogan or a kind of unbelievable argument.In this thesis,I will start my discussion with the beginning of the social pattern on human being’s,and investigate the soil for the germ of the belief on law and the influence on the next human generation and the perfection of the law.Then I will offer a new thought to legal research of our country.
