计算机和网络技术的迅猛发展,给传统的期刊出版工作带来了很大的变化。本文就网络化给期刊编辑工作带来的变化进行了阐述,主要是:网络化对编辑能力提出了更高要求;缩短了组稿时间,提高了审稿效率;排版方式的改变,使编校工作合二为一;改变了对文稿档案和期刊的管理模式。

In recent years,with the development of computer and network technologies,rapid development of the traditional journal publishing the work has also been brought great changes.This article analyzes how the network brings about changes in the work of journal editors.First,it proposes a new and higher requirements to the editors;second,shorter time soliciting contributions to improve the efficiency of the reviewers;third,it requires layout changes in the way,and the editors should combine the work of editing and proofreading;at last,it changes the files of manuscripts and journals of management.
