聚酯废料增白纤维的研究

摘要 研究了提高聚酯(PET)废料纤维白度的规律,讨论了增白剂用量与PET废料纤维白度的关系,增白剂对PET废料熔体流动性以及纤维力学性能的影响。结果表明,增白剂的加入使PET废料熔体粘度增大,纤维的强度降低,伸长率增加,增白剂适宜的加入量为200μg/g。 The effects of various brighteners and their amount on the whiteness degree of polyester waste fiber were discussed as well as the flow behaviour of polyester waste melt and the fiber's mechanical property. The results showed that the incorporation of brightener made polyester waste melt viscosity increase and the fiber's tenacity decrease while elongation increasing. The proper addition of brightener is 0.02%.
