摘要
针对脱乙二醇塔在生产中存在的问题,对该塔进行了第三次改造,比较了改造前后的设备性能及生产实际情况。经理论计算和实际生产考核,证实了经第三次改造后脱乙二醇塔能在高负荷下平稳生产。
De glycol tower was innovated three times to remove the defects in the production. The performance and running state before and after the third innovation were comparied. Theoretic calculation and practical production proved that de glycol tower performed steadily under high loading after the third innovation.
