摘要
研究了先加丁酸及少量KOH催化剂与MO-PO混合液合成BA-xEO/yPO起始结构,然后再加入聚合所需KOH进行脱水,通入EO及PO合成丁酸聚醚的工艺。给出了最佳工艺条件及产品质量指标,并测定了产品的临界胶束浓度、乳化力和浊点等性能。
Adding butyric acid and a small amount of KOH into an autoclave,reacted with EO PO mixer,BA x EO/ y PO is synthesized.Then another part of KOH is added to remove the water.At last,the butyric acid copolyether is obtained when another part of EO and PO mixer was added.The optimum reaction conditions,the quality index of products,the critical micelle concentration(CMC),emulsifiability and cloud point of the product have been determined.
