摘要
在间歇试验装置中采用二次回归正交组合设计方法,研究了湿法磷酸生产中F-、Al3+和SiF62-对石膏晶体平均尺寸和结晶形态的影响,发现只有F-或Al3+和或SiF62-存在时,石膏晶体的形态均呈现为针状,在不同含量的F-、Al3+和SiF62-共存时,得到了不同形态的石膏晶体,如针状、片状、棱形、聚晶等。
The effects of F -,Al 3+ and SiF 6 2- in wet process phosphoric acid on the average size and growth habit of gypsum crystal were studied in batch wise experiment by quadratic regression orthogonal composite method.The experiment showed that gypsum crystal assumes needle like shape in the presence of F -,Al 3+ or SiF 6 2- alone.In the presence of different amount of F -,Al 3+ and SiF 6 2- ,different shapes of gypsum crystals,such as needle like crystal,rhombic crystal and agglomeration are obtained.
