摘要
本文用结晶硫酸钠和ＨＤＩ合成了具有缩二脲结构的多异氰酸酯，改进了连续萃取装置进行后处理，分离出未反应的ＨＤＩ单体。自制的缩二脲产品与羟基丙烯酸树脂所配成的漆具有优良的性能。
Polyisocyanate with biuret structure was produced by the reaction of crystalline sodium sulfate with hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI).Continuous extraction apparatus was improved to separate the free HDI monomer in the mixture.The paint compounded with the product and hydroxyl acrylic resins was of good performance.
