摘要
通过采用旋转回归设计，对影响ＡＢＳ／硅油混合物力学性能的各种因素进行了研究，通过对比发现，在ＡＢＳ树脂中加入硅油能大大提高其力学性能；同时考察了滑石粉对ＡＢＳ／硅油混合物力学性能的影响，并确定了制作轿车门立柱、门内基板等内装饰件的ＡＢＳ／硅油混合物配方。
By using rotational regression design,the factors affected the mechanical properties of ABS/silicone fluid blends were studied.By comparison,it was found that the mechanical properties of the blends were increased rapidly by adding silicone fluid.Final recipe used to manufacture inner assembly parts of automobiles was defined.
